What Will They Do Next?

You just really don't know what these boys will do next.
Awe, he made it....trying to fill Grandpa's shoes.
This reminds me of Katie....she did this
every time we had black olives.

The sand diggers were stuffing the sand
on this sunny day.  Andrew leaned over
before I could get a picture of the shirt stuffed
all the way around. He looked just like
 "The Incredible Hulk"
and yes, Josh helped with the sand stuffing
down the shirt.

Please let me indulge in a few more flowers

Just trying to improve my photography skills
or lack thereof.
I have been reading and looking at "Macro Photos"
Real close up pictures that are suppose to fill
the whole area...not having much luck with that.
Hey, at least it looks like I might actually
get some blooms out of the Hydrangea this year.
In the past, I have apparently been cutting it back
at the wrong time.  I just let it do it's own thing
this year.  Yes, I will post the blooms if they do come.
Not bad, not really bad!

Bloom Where You Are Planted

Awe, new spring blooms from previous plants,
along with some new plants.
I love this time of year.

New Beginnings

New Spring beginnings, that is.
Katie tilled the soil for the garden a week
or so ago.
After planting, this little helper watered for
the first time.

The two big boys have always been
great sand diggers.
Now we have  "little boy" loving
to play in the sand too.

And, like the other two boys....
Nathan loves being outside too.

Katie found a neat toad in the garden, and
the boys and I had great fun watching it.
Their reflection is from the glass patio table.
The  toad was bewildered by it all.
Looks like little toad has his own swimming area.
We had a fun time, and the weather was beautiful.
We did let the poor little toad go on
about his business of doing whatever
toads do.
