When Josh was a baby, Grandpa started giving bucket rides in his work truck. I know you say, that does not look safe, surely he is smarter than that. Well, he is, but Josh liked to look around a lot and a car seat is so confining. These rides are only for the farm, and not on the rural roads or highways. It works pretty neat. The seat belt holds the bucket and it is padded with a clean towel. Pretty clever, huh? This was Nathan's first bucket ride. He stood right up in it and looked very happy when he left. It must have been a pretty smooth ride, because he came back home like this. David said he did not last three minutes before he squatted down in the bucket and fell fast a sleep.
A pleasant stare down
Andrew is taking it all in.
Look at the camera....look at the camera.
Where are those dimples and smiles?
A word about the cake.....the boys are still hung up about "Cars"--they wanted to decorate it themselves and they were so proud to tell about the dirt track they built.
Nathan was very good during the wedding..he never made a sound during the ceremony. During the reception he clapped his hands and was all smiles. He is a very sociable baby.
The happy couple cutting the wedding cake.
Andrew was very quiet during the wedding too, but during the reception he encountered this adorable family pet.
Yes, he likes the puppy.
So sweet!
David with his baby sister. She so reminds us of their mother years ago.
Katie and Nathan were feeling the heat by this time.
