Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix, water, and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes. Spread the crescent roll dough in 10 inch pie plate to form crust; press edges together at seams. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips on crust bottom, reserving remaining 1/2 cup. Spoon meat mixture into pie crust. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese slices; sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of corn chips on top. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce, olives, & tomatoes. Yield 6 servings.

This looks really, really good! I think this would be perfect right after Christmas when we are SO tired of all the traditional foods. I am definitely going to try it. (Are you sure all the ingredients are listed?)L.O.L.
That is such a sweet picture of your sister and brother in law. I think she must be every bit as special as you are.
Love You and Merry Christmas!
