I have been attending a great Bible study of the
book of John. I loved this little expansion of one of the
most memorized scriptures....I just had to share.
John 3:16 broken down....
God.......................the greatest lover
So loved................the greatest degree
The World.............the greatest company
That He gave........the greatest act
His only son...........the greatest gift
That whosoever.....the greatest opportunity
Believes in Him.....the greatest simplicity
Shall not perish......the greatest promise
But have................the greatest certainty
Eternal life.............the greatest possession
John 3:16

That really shows how great of a gift we truly have! Thank you for that extra breakdown of a verse that has sometimes lost it's power and meaning. When you read through each of those greatest...it really brings it back home!
