44th Wedding Anniversary

Married July 23, 1966

It is hard to believe that it has been 44 years.

We met in high school, and the day I first

met David I knew he was someone special.

David is as solid as a rock.  

Words that best describe him are: strong, committed,

loyal, tender, loving, faithful, serious when needed

to be, and very funny at other times.  

He has always been the spiritual leader for our family.

He has provided well for our family, and he is the

hardest working, determined man I know.

David is a problem solver and  he has always had the 

ability to "figure out a way" to use his words. 

He faithfully calls upon the Lord for direction

in all things.

He is my best friend.

I can't imagine life without him, and I am

looking forward to many more years together.

We have been blessed with two children,

their spouses, and five beautiful grandchildren.

We have endured hardships, disappointments, and

various difficulties during the 44 years, but our

love for each other has never failed or wavered. 

I love you, David! You bring joy to my life.
