Andrew started to Head Start this past Wednesday and he seems to love it. But, by Friday he was tired. As soon as he got home he grabbed a blanket and headed for the recliner to watch a cartoon. I had the privilege that same day to "do school" with Josh. Katie had a doctor's appointment, so I was the teacher. He was very cooperative with his lessons and did them quickly and accurately. He amazes me! Home school seems to work great for him. It takes less than half the time to do all of the school curriculum at home versus a regular school day. We started the day with prayer, flag salute, and the National Anthem. Phonics, Language, Writing, Arithmetic, Art, Music, and Reading followed. I wish I had taken a picture of our day.... didn't have the camera here.
